Relay Fax 1990 was a first-ever event starting with a single incomplete drawing -- relay-faxed from artist to artist around the world and completed in a period of 3 hours. It was originated by Mel Zaid and traveled westward from Santa Barbara, California, around the world ending in NewYork, USA.  This event marked   the  10th  anniversary
of the art magazine ARTLIFE.

The complete set of all original documents are archived for historical reference.
